In this role, you are truly the “face” of the business. When a customer thinks about Alpenglow Hair Studio, they will associate the salon primarily with the experience YOU provide them with.

We are dedicated to customer excellence🌟 and prioritize that above all else in the studio.

Second comes our stylists - we operate as a fun and welcoming team, and provide several opportunities for stylists to earn cash bonuses, learn, and grow.📈

You will provide white-glove service by working with each guest to ensure they receive timely, friendly, and accurate hair-care 🪞 as well as improve upon any areas of potential dissatisfaction.

We will empower and give you the tools and training to turn every guest experience into a positive one! 💇‍♀️

To excel as a stylist at Alpenglow, one must work directly with guests to understand their needs, communicate kindly with clients and teammates, and identify opportunities for improved customer experience so you can create lasting relationships.
