I am a licensed massage therapist with 18+years of experience. I incorporate Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Active Isolated Stretching, Myofascial, and PNF into my massage sessions and I specialize in Injury Management and Restoring Range of Motion. I also offer a Swedish/Lomi Lomi style Therapeutic Massage for those who just want to relax.
