Never miss a Monday!! πππͺπͺ
It helps to set a positive tone & motivate you for the week ahead!
I've come to realize that more often than not feeling completely overwhelmed has been my lack of sticking to a schedule more than anything else. On days when I wake up early and get my workout in I feel ready so motivated & ready to take on the world. However on days when I oversleep & don't get my workout in before work the whole day feels like it has a negative tone and seems to be an uphill battle.
This week my goal is to get my workout in every day before work! Who has similar goals? Let's hold each other accountable! πͺπ

8oz unsweetened almond milk
1tsp peanut butter
1 scoop cafΓ© latte shakeology
1 handful of ice
Blend & enjoy ππ
I'm still getting my coffee fix but all the bad things are swapped out for super foods, probiotics, proteins & all nine essential amino acids. πππ

Who says clean eating has to be boring?! πIt absolutely does not. Tonight I made chicken fajitas for dinner, they were so flavorful and delicious! βΊοΈ
I used lean chicken breast
Green peppers, red peppers & onions! With a little melted cheese on top ππ
This counts as 1 red, 1 yellow, 1 green & 1 blue container
