Salon Linnea I had the time of my life with you….

Change can be really hard, but exciting. Over the last year and a half I have gone through many changes physically and mentally. With the diagnosis of my breast cancer last year, and many additional immune disorders and illnesses change was inevitable. After many conversations with my family and doctors I have decided that it’s best for myself health, quality of life, and for my amazing salon team if I sold my salon. But I knew in my heart that my baby (the salon) and my team couldn’t go to just anyone. For years I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside a stylist that puts her heart into the salon and her guests from the time she arrives until the time she leaves. It’s with great honor and pleasure that I announce that I have sold my salon to Blair Chaffee and she is now the new owner of Salon Linnea (name change to come lol).

Thank you to all my guests who stuck by me through thick and thin. Your loyalty means the world. Thank you to my family that made every moment of my dream come true of owning an AVEDA salon. Thank you to my team at Salon Linnea who backed me up and made this machine of a salon run, when I couldn’t be there. I love you all dearly!

Guests, I promise you Blair and the team will make the salon everything it has been and more. I want to celebrate the last 13 years and all that Salon Linnea has brought to me and the community. Thank you!!

I am extremely sad for this era to end for me, but just as happy if not more, that Blair’s dream will start now. I can spend more time with family, my kids, and focus on my health a little more. I will be a part of the transition as much as possible to help make this seamless for everyone. Blair, congratulations!

We will be open tomorrow morning at 9am! 🙌 The salon endeared no damage or flooding during the hurricane, and we have power! When we open, we will call each client who had a missed appointment last week and follow up. We hope everyone is safe, happy, and getting somewhat back to their normal lives.
If you are out of power/water we offer a complimentary shampoo to help ease these hard times❤️

Salon Linnea has decided we will remain closed through Friday, October 11th. All guests that had Friday appointments will be reached by your stylist. Please be patient with us through the next few days, should we lose communication abilities. Some stylists have evacuated out of state and we won’t know what their return looks like until this passes. Safety is our first priority for our employees and for all of you. Praying over our marina, our community, our staff & guests, and our sweet little salon. Everyone please be safe and we will be in contact soon!

🌀 Attention Guests 🌀 Salon Linnea will be closed tomorrow through Thursday. We pray everything at the salon will be okay to open up on Friday, however there are many variables for this to happen. As long as there is minimal to no damage and we have electricity, we will open. We have reached out to all guests who had appointments Tuesday - Thursday and we will be in touch with our Friday guests as well. Our main concern is our employees safety and your safety. We know we can get through this as we are a strong community. Please stay safe.

We are unsure of what Friday will bring at the moment and we will reach out to all guests with an update on Thursday, if you have a Friday appointment and we need to remained closed.
