The Temple Ceiling

When women arrive at the sanctuary, one of the very first things they do is look up.

Hand-cut stone stretches above them like the ceiling of an ancient temple, while warm lantern light dances across every surface.

The breath deepens.
The heart recognizes it has arrived somewhere sacred.
The body remembers it is safe to rest.

Every detail of this space was created with intention—not simply to be beautiful, but to create a feeling.

A feeling of being held.
A feeling of being nourished.
A feeling of returning home to yourself.

Every day I feel grateful knowing his love and craftsmanship are forever imbued into this sanctuary, quietly holding every woman who enters these walls.
His hands became part of the foundation that now holds hundreds of women as they surrender into ritual, healing, and deep rest.

There is something profoundly beautiful about being surrounded by work that was created with love.

Nearly every woman who lies on the table pauses to gaze upward in awe. Many tell me they feel as though they are resting beneath the ceiling of an ancient sanctuary.
It is one of my favorite parts of the entire experience.

Today we welcome the longest day of the year.

A celebration of warmth.
Of radiance.
Of the light that lives both around us and within us.

As the sun reaches its fullest expression, I find myself reaching for Silvestre — a ritual of nourishment, renewal, and luminous beauty.

Crafted with Tremella (Silver Ear Mushroom), often called the mushroom of beauty, alongside sacred botanicals, crushed pearl, and 24k gold, Silvestre was created to replenish moisture, restore vitality, and support skin through the warmth of the season.

A reminder that beauty is not something we chase.

It is something we cultivate.

Before a woman arrives, I sit with the plantitas.

Flowers.
Herbs.
Sacred smoke.
Waters.

Each ritual is infused with the beauty, wisdom, and medicine of Mother Earth so that every woman who enters is held not only by my hands, but by the living intelligence of the natural world.

The herbs are steeped.
The flowers are present.
The oils are chosen.
The space is blessed.

This is where the work begins.

A sacred oil for moments of sovereignty.

Holy Oil was created from some of the most revered botanical medicines on earth — Egyptian rose, sacred rose resin, amber resin, and frankincense.

An anointing blend rooted in devotion, prayer, protection, and personal power.

Each bottle is offered in an obsidian roller vessel, allowing the medicine to be applied slowly and intentionally to the pulse points, heart, throat, and third eye.
Obsidian has long been revered as a stone of grounding, protection, truth, and transformation.

One of the most beautiful parts of the sanctuary experience has been witnessing women sit with their bowl of tea afterward — glowing softly, wrapped in warmth, breathing deeper, praying, reflecting, simply allowing themselves to receive.

These small pauses between rituals have become sacred in their own way.

A moment to integrate.
A moment to soften.
A moment to return to themselves before stepping back into the world.

This is the beauty of slowing down.
