Helping women 35+ with ADHD build self-care routines that actually stick.
💛 Finally keep promises to yourself!

That’s it. That’s the post 💖💕

You know those inspirational quotes that are supposed to make you feel motivated?

Yeah… sometimes they don’t land quite the same when you have ADHD. 😂

We read “give yourself grace” and think, Absolutely. Everyone deserves that.

Everyone except apparently… us.

So this is your reminder: the advice, grace, encouragement and permission you so easily give everyone else applies to you, too.

Send this to an ADHDer who needs the reminder. 💕

Sometimes the ‘too hard to start’ hurdle is a mountain. When my executive function is at zero and the perimenopause fog is thick, I don’t reach for another coffee.
I reach for my kettlebell.

Why it works:
✅ Quick Dopamine Hit: 100 of swings only take me 15 min and clears the fog… helping me focus almost instantly.
✅ Hormone Support: It’s the resistance training our bodies NEED during perimenopause.
✅ Low Friction: I don’t even get out of my PJs. If I had to ‘get ready’ to work out, it would never happen! 🤣🤣

What’s your ‘lazy’ hack for getting your brain back online? 👇🏽✨

How I look vs. how I feel inside. 😂

ADHD + perimenopause is an interesting combination.

I’d heard enough horror stories about perimenopause to know that adding hormone changes to a brain that already struggles with focus, emotional regulation, sleep, motivation and executive function could get…interesting. 🫠

And weirdly? Knowing that has made me MORE intentional about taking care of myself.

I’m working out.

I’m taking the nap instead of feeling guilty because I “should” be doing something.

I’m trying to plan ahead instead of assuming Future Katherine will magically have more executive function than Current Katherine. 😂

I’m paying more attention to what my body is telling me.

And I’m learning that some of the things I used to consider optional are actually part of how I function well.

Because I may LOOK like the picture on the left…

but there are absolutely days when my brain feels like the picture on the right. 😂

I can’t control every hormone shift or every ADHD day.

But I can learn what supports this version of me.

And maybe that’s what this season is really teaching me:

Not how to force myself to function like I used to…

but how to take better care of the woman I am NOW.

Anybody else finding that your 40s are making you rethink what “taking care of yourself” actually means?

I’m building something for the women who want the beauty boost without the sensory overload.
🧠💄

Let’s be real, the ADHD brain and a complicated routines just don’t mix. Between the decision fatigue and the feeling of stuff on your face, it’s a lot!

I’ve been working on a new virtual facial & makeover experience designed to be simple, sensory-friendly, and totally doable from your own couch. But before I open the doors, I need 5 “guinea pigs” to help me break it! 🤣🤣

How it works:
1️⃣ I ship the samples directly to your door (yay, happy mail! 📦)
2️⃣ We hop on a quick FaceTime to play with the colors and skincare together.
3️⃣ You give me the brutal honesty: What worked? What felt like too much?

I only have 5 spots for this first test-run. Who wants to be one of my first five?

Comment “READY” below and I’ll message you the details! 👀💄💕

I still have a few spots! Comment MOCHA or message me and I’ll save you one. ☕️💕

Apparently women are supposed to tone it down as we get older.

That was never going to work with my ADHD. 😂

My brain likes color. Sparkle. Big earrings. Fun makeup. NEW THINGS.

And at 40-something, I’m not interested in becoming less me just because I’m getting older.

Yes, my skin has changed. Yes, I do my makeup differently than I did at 25.

But the glitter stays!

Getting older means learning what works NOW…not making yourself boring.

ADHD ladies over 40: what’s something you have absolutely NO plans to grow out of? 👇

Hi, I’m Katherine 👋 and I LOVE being an ADHD Beauty Coach. 💄🧠

Because beauty shouldn’t require a 14-step routine, a perfectly organized makeup drawer, or remembering what order all the things go in. 😂

I help women—especially those of us with busy, ADHD brains—make skincare, makeup, and self-care feel simple, doable, and actually fun.

No beauty rules you have to follow.
No shame because you “should already know this.”
Just practical help figuring out what works for your skin, your face, your life, and your brain.

And yes…we’re probably going to laugh a lot along the way. 😜

If you want beauty tips your ADHD brain can actually stick with, follow me. 💕

I CAN do it myself… but that’s really not the point of having a husband. 😂🧳
Babe, next time you’re coming to my work conference with me!
