Reflecting back on this year professionally and the stats are in. This is Pelare’s 2.5 years open and I’m pretty happy and impressed with these numbers, what else should we add to our goal list for next year?

It’s so important to remember that without any of you I would be sitting on 0’s in this recap and my doors would be closed. So thank you - to those who ask how business is going, those who refer me, those who repost and share me, those who come in for treatments, those who leave reviews, and those that give me good vibes - I see and appreciate it ALL! And a special shout to those that help me in everyday decisions and repairs and sometimes functions ( ) because the little things are the big things! 🥰

You live every single day, you die once. Do not take that lightly. Don’t wait for a perfect day or time to do something, there is literally no time like the present! Don’t delay! But still live in the moment, because if you don’t, you will miss life as it’s happening.

Spend time with who you want to and nourishes your soul, do things that make you happy, use your body, thank your body, tell your people you love them every chance you get, make friends, smile at strangers, live and love your fu***ng life 💞

I cannot stress this enough.. PRE-BOOK!

If you don’t have a lot of flexibility with time, especially at this busy time of year and you have a narrow window that you can get here you definitely better be pre-booking to get the time you need!

I have a general idea of almost everyone’s schedules and I may be able to reach out to ask sometime to come anywhere from 5-15min. earlier or later to try to open a spot for you but I cannot ever guarantee that they are able to do it - also, I am so thankful when you can (and so is someone else 🤗).

You schedule your hair color/cuts, Pilates class, massages, facials and doctor appointments, don’t forget to schedule your electrolysis sessions.

Another reminder: I may ask you if you are able to move your appointment slightly as someone else may need a longer time than I have available and if you are able to I can tell you now that they do appreciate it and if you’re unable to that is understandable and we will keep your appointment as is.

Electrolysis aftercare, Halloween edition
Here is what to do to take care of your skin after treatments. Please don’t do the opposite of these things or you may be looking like a zombie or a witch with boils 🧙‍♀️🧟‍♀️🧟‍♂️

This is a commonly asked question, and for good reason!

Other points to remember:
-insurance coverage does not mean that they will pay the whole amount; you may need to pay the total cost up front until your deductible is met. After your deductible is met, they may only cover a portion (for example 80%) and this information is dependent on your INDIVIDUAL plan, everyone is different
-find out if your provider is in or out of network and if you have out of network benefits.
FYI, Pelare is out of network.
-it doesn’t hurt to contact insurance to find out if they cover it, the worst is that they say it’s not covered and you are in the same boat of being financially responsible.
