👋🏼 Hi! My name is Kelly Frey and I am a licensed cosmetic & medical tattoo artist and instructor located in Paris, TN. I specialize in ar**la restoration and scar camouflage, while offering permanent makeup training classes in the areas of eyebrows, eyeliner and lips.

⭐ With over a decade of experience in the industry, I have had the pleasure of working with clients from all walks of life. My passion lies in helping people feel more confident and beautiful in their own skin.
