How to cleanse your energy field ?
This ritual is a passing on of ancient knowledge from my ancestors. It provides protection, grounding, love, and restoration of balance in spiritual work, not so that you become powerful overnight, but so that you remain yourself when the fog lifts. But you have to know that nothing leaves willingly. Your aura is not just energy. It is a memory ,every argument you absorbed ,every place you've been to that drained you, every person who touched your life and never fully let go . Cleansing It is not cosmetic. It is invasive and once you begin you can not stop because of what it is attached to , may resist to leave, being what is attached may resist being removed. The cleansing must be done over three consecutive nights. On the first night, bath in warm water mixed with sea salt, and crushed bay leaves. Do not wash your hair. Let the water wash over your body while you speak aloud. Everything that has been weighing on you, even the things you’ve never admitted to yourself. Process it with emotions .When you are ready step out from the water ,and do not dry off completely. Let some of the water evaporate on your skin. That is how the aura loosens.On the second night sit alone in a dark room with a single white candle place behind you, not in front.Close your eyes and breathe slowly until you feel heat or pressure around your shoulders and spine, when it comes say several times” what is not mine release me” you may feel heaviness lift, or you may feel exhaustion crashing into you,or both, mean it is working. The third night might feel most dangerous but is not.You will feel deeper.Stand barefoot in the darkness with open intention of releasing and allow emotions to come . This is what has attached realises it is being removed. Nightmares may intensify ,old emotions may surge,or uncomfortable feelings may arrest.Some people feel sudden sadness without cause, some feel nervous or anxious, an urge to stop the ritual entirely. Do not. If you quit here you leave yourself open and raw.Stay in it. light and burn dried sage or rosemary, and let the smoke pass over your body while standing barefoot on the ground. This cleansing does not only remove negativity. It removes familiarity, you may feel disconnected from people who once felt close, you may lose interest in things that defined you, some relationships will weaken. Others will end abruptly. This is not punishment. It is alignment, but it can feel like loss before it feels like freedom.

A HUMILIATING PATH
Awakening is not a path for the faint of heart.
You will be humiliated. Oh yes. Brought to his knees. Many, many times.
What you thought you knew will fade away into nothingness from time to time.
Your greatest insights, your incredible expertise, your life's work - all of it can come crashing down.
Sometimes without warning.
You will be asked to start over and over again.
And again.
(Did I say this is not a path for the faint of heart?)
Oh yes, you will definitely touch the bliss and joy of existence!
Of course, some days you'll laugh at the simplicity of things!
But you will also be asked to confront your deepest fears, face the darkness and night within, go to places where unloved creatures dwell.
You will enter pockets of sadness you never knew existed.
You will cry a billion tears for lost and abandoned children, inside and out.You will be angry at the sky, at your parents, at all the teachers who let you down, at the lies you were fed, at those who never showed up when you needed them most.
You will tremble with fear for several days.
Some days the earth will open up, swallow you up, and spit you out again.
Sometimes you'll think you've reached the end of the path, and then you'll find yourself back at the damn beginning.
Sometimes you will feel like giving up.
Sometimes you will feel like you haven't made any progress.
Sometimes you will curse the day you set out on this journey.
But you heal.
Yes, you are.
You unfreeze, you undo billions of years of karma. Fear-based conditioning melts away and you encounter life in the raw.
You return to nature, to the Garden, to the wilderness where you were conceived.
It's not always easy. It's not always peaceful.
It's not always the spirituality you've been sold.
It is not always love, light, joy, positivity and pure, undisturbed Consciousness.
(These are only dreams for scared children.)
No, this is real awakening. You are a reality warrior now, tired of the bu****it and false promises, crying and raging and laughing in the terrible, wonderful wholeness that you are.
All your old dreams have fallen apart, but you haven't.
The voices of fear, shame and doubt may still be with you, but you are bigger than them now.There are days where you feel tiny, yes, but there are also days where you can hold the whole damn Universe in the palm of your hand.
You went crazy to be normal, you cracked to be whole, you traded in your old security for a life of adventure, and you gave up sad old dogmas for the thrill of not knowing.
You find safety in the darkest places, beauty in the loneliest places, and love in places you thought were abandoned by love.
You have never been abandoned by life, my friend, because you are life, and even when you fall to the ground, you are completely supported by unknowable forces.
So what? So what! You're falling! You're giving yourself bruises. You feel ashamed for a moment. You cry out an old dream. So what! You cry in anticipation and turn to face reality and it is never, ever as bad as you feared.
You get up, dust yourself off, get back on the path and keep going.
You never left the path. In fact,
Because the path never left... you.
For the path is forming beneath your feet, in every Now, with every step you take or don't take, rejoicing in your unique journey, celebrating you exactly as you are today, bowing to both your failures and your victories.
So start over, my friend.
Start over.
And keep going.
