A double batch of Totoka Mata tonight. A quaduple batch of Kai Bula later this week. Maybe quiche tomorrow. Vegetarian of course.

Today and tomorrow at the Red Butte Gardens Holiday Open House. I washed many hands that had been making wreaths and such. I have to say, Kai Bula rocks.

I don't really have a local Grocer near me. So I'm going to SLC to buy my Thanksgiving ingredients at Harmon's, and then I can show my family where my products will be sitting in a few short weeks.

I spoke at a gluten free fair last week. Am trying gluten free for a week to see if it helps my memory. I am a vegetarian, and non-gmo (corn) gluten free is hard to find. So my diet is funny, fun, creative and I must say that the rice paper alternative to tortillas is delicious.

I'm in the UC (it's like the OC only different) delivering wholesale orders AND meeting with the label company for the new biodegradable packaging.

I'm looking for just the right container for "Lolo Lip". Trying to find .5 oz mini glass jars instead of plastic tubes. Tin won't work because my beautiful balm is slightly acidic. Limes do that. But it will be delicious.

Still working on my free, short ebook about coconuts, coconut oil, coconut water, coconut everything. My brain still hurts. Should it be a story, or "just the facts, Mam?"
