Midweek Word 💚 Letting Go of Guilt

Sometimes I replay things in my mind—
Things I said. Things I did not do. Ways I feel like I have let God down.

Guilt can be heavy, can’t it?
But you know what God reminded me of today?

There is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. (Romans 8:1)

That means we do not have to keep punishing ourselves for what God has already forgiven. You’re not meant to carry shame around like a second skin. You’re meant to walk in freedom.

So if you are holding on to something today—some regret, some “I should’ve known better”—
Friend, give it to God.

He is not shaking His head at you. He is opening His arms.

Let His grace be enough. Because it is. It always has been.

Sunday Encouragement 💚 You Are Not What You’ve Been Through

Some of us have been through things we don’t talk about.
Things that tried to break us.
And maybe there are days where those old wounds whisper lies—
“You will never be free.”
“You are too damaged.”
“You will always be this way.”

But can I speak truth to that lie?
You are not what you have been through.
You are who God says you are.

Chosen.
Redeemed.
Made new in Christ.

I’m not perfect either, and there are still things I’m healing from.
But what I do know is this: God wastes nothing.
He can use your story. Even the hard parts. Especially the hard parts.

So hold your head up today.
You are not defined by your past—you are being shaped by His grace.

Midweek Word 💚 Waiting Is Hard, But God Is Working

I will be honest… waiting seasons stretch me.
There have been times I have prayed and waited, and waited some more—wondering if God heard me.

And maybe that is where you are today.
Still waiting on the breakthrough. The healing. The clarity. The next step.

I just want to tell you something I am learning too:
Just because it is not happening right now does not mean God is not working.
Sometimes He is preparing things we cannot see yet. Sometimes, He is preparing us.

And even in the silence, God is still faithful.
So if all you have today is a mustard seed of faith and a tired heart—you are still doing just fine.
Keep trusting. Something beautiful is growing beneath the surface.

Sunday Encouragement 💚 Healing Takes Time

Hey friend, I just want to say this—
Healing takes time.
And if your heart still hurts, or you are still carrying things from the past, that does not mean you are weak or faithless. It means you are human.

There are still areas in my life God is working on.
I still have moments where I’m triggered, where I doubt, where I cry in prayer because the pain still echoes.
But here is what I know:
God is patient with us. And He is not rushing our healing—He is walking with us through it.

So do not be ashamed of where you are.
Even in your broken places, you are still God’s masterpiece.
And I am here to remind you—you do not have to walk it alone.

We are in this together, friend. And God’s love will carry you through.

Midweek Word 💚 You’re Not Alone in This

Hey friend,
If you are feeling a little off today… I just want to say it’s okay!
You do not have to have it all together. I know I don’t!

Truth is, I have made mistakes. I have missed the mark.
There are days I feel unsure, or weary, or like I’m still trying to figure out who I am in Christ.
But what I’ve come to learn is—God is not asking for perfect. He is asking for surrendered.

We are walking this road together.
You are not alone in your struggles, and you are not the only one who is still growing.
And if you have fallen lately, please know I am not here to judge you—I am here to help you back up.
That is what grace is for.

So take a breath. Let God meet you where you are today. You are still loved. Still chosen. Still held.
And I am cheering for you. Always.

He is not waiting for you to be perfect—He is walking with you as you grow.

You are not behind. You are not forgotten.
You are right where God can meet you.

Starting Fresh
This space is shifting—because my heart has shifted, too.
I’ve spent some time away, listening, growing, and walking a little closer with God. And through that quiet season, He placed something new on my heart. Something gentle. Purposeful. Faith-filled.

So here I am, beginning again.

This page will now reflect the journey He’s taking me on—through words of encouragement, weekly reflections, and reminders of who we are in Christ. It’s not about perfection. It’s about presence. Grace. And hope.

Lately, I have been feeling this pull… and I had to share this quiet conversation I had with God.

“Lord, I want to use this space—not just for me, but for You.
To help others.
To speak life.
To encourage hearts, lift heavy spirits, and bring a little more peace and joy.
And above all, to gently point people back to You.”

So that is exactly what I am setting out to do.
Starting this week, and prayerfully every week, I will be sharing something encouraging here—something that brings comfort, love, hope, or joy.

Because we all need reminders sometimes…
That we are not alone.
That we are loved more than we realize.
That God has not forgotten us.
And that even in the messy, He is still moving.

If what I share helps even one heart breathe a little easier or feel a little closer to Him, then I have done what I came here to do.
