Tricia was VERY clear with me 😂 She wanted her lips to look like they used to, not like she had filler.

I focused on restoring some of the shape and definition she had lost over time, especially around the lip border where her liner and lipstick had started to bleed. I also treated some volume loss in her forehead and temples, which wasn’t even really on her radar at first.

Volume loss doesn’t just happen in the face. Over time, the tops of the feet can lose fullness, making veins and tendons appear much more prominent.

We used Radiesse to restore that lost volume and soften their appearance, creating a smoother, more youthful look.

I want you guys to get to know Tricia, our new Licensed Esthetician at Reign.

As Reign has grown, I’ve wanted to be able to offer our patients a more complete approach to aesthetics, and Tricia brings an entirely different layer of expertise to what we do here.

She also has a pretty interesting story. She earned her psychology degree from Miami University, spent time as a print model and, fun little fact, even modeled alongside Cameron Diaz.

She eventually stepped away from modeling to raise her kids, and once they were older, she decided to pursue something she had always been passionate about: skin.

She’s incredibly thorough, always learning, and really takes the time to understand what someone’s skin needs. It’s been so nice having her perspective here and being able to look at the bigger picture together when it comes to our patients.

And despite how seriously she takes skin, her treatment room might be the most relaxing place at Reign. Several patients have actually fallen asleep during their appointments with her.

I’m so excited to have Tricia here and for you guys to get to know her. 🤍

Common misconception: all tear trough filler will migrate.

Lately I’ve been using a lot of EZ Gel in this area, and I love it for the right patient. But sometimes a gel filler is really what’s needed to make a deeper tear trough more shallow and create a smoother transition from the under eye into the cheek.

Tear trough filler isn’t right for everyone, but when the anatomy is appropriate and the right product is placed thoughtfully, it can create such a beautiful, natural improvement.

It’s not about filler vs. EZ Gel. It’s about choosing what’s right for the patient in front of me. 🤍

I love this before & after because there isn’t one thing that takes over. She just looks better.

One of the biggest changes is actually from treating her masseters with Dysport. Slimming that muscle softened the lower face and brought out her natural cheekbones so much more.

We also did Dysport to the upper face, one round of Sculptra, a little lip filler, and two BBL + MOXI treatments.

Her face looks slimmer, her eyes look brighter, her cheekbones stand out more, and her skin looks so much healthier.

Nothing crazy. Just really good changes in all the right places 🤍

For those of you who don’t know her yet, Christina is the one who helps keep everything running smoothly around here and somehow keeps all of us in line 😂 I’m so thankful life brought us back together after all these years and that I get to work with someone who is not only amazing at what she does, but is also smart, funny, beautiful, and so easy to be around.

And can we talk about how GOOD she looks?! 🔥 She has been crushing her own goals this year and I love seeing the confidence that has come along with it. She’s living proof that we practice what we preach around here 😂💪
