Meet Scissors & Scotch, a full service barbershop specializing in men’s cuts. We also happen to have a bartender on site to offer a relaxing experience in our full service bar/lounge.

Our goal is to provide an exceptional all-around experience for each customer. Upscale environment? Yep, we’ve got the comfy leather chairs. Full service? Hair, beards, trims, even waxing, we have that too. Martini? We can do it shaken or stirred. Oh, and how about a great accessible location? Done and done.

So, what are we looking for? That’s a hard question, because we’re not cookie-cutter. We don’t have a uniform and we won’t ask you to remove your nose ring (or expect you to get one, you do you). Of course, experience is preferred but all our new hires complete an extensive in-house training before they work with clients. Ultimately, we want to find the right personality match, someone who takes pride in their work and feels the same way we do, that professional doesn’t mean boring.

Shifts may vary; We are hiring part-time and full-time. Our current business hours are:

Monday-Thursday 10a - 7p

Friday-Saturday 9a – 7p

Sunday 10p – 5p

We are hiring for team members, not booth rentals. We want everyone to make money from day one and not be worried about covering debt, especially as you are building your client base.

To hire the best, we pay the best. Our dynamic compensation model is designed to provide both stability and unlimited earnings potential. You’ll make guaranteed hourly wages, commission on the services you perform, commission on the products you sell, and generous client tips.

In addition, we offer additional benefits to our full-time (minimum 32 hours/week) employees after 60 days of employment:

Medical, dental, and vision insurance.

PTO accrual beginning day 61

We are looking for passionate Customer Experience Coordinators to join our team at our Parker location!
In this position, you are like air traffic control. You manage who checks in, checks out, is waiting for their appointment, orders a drink, etc.It's a mix of Bartending and Barber Shop Reception work. Cool right?

To help the barber & stylist team, you will:
Create, edit, reschedule and cancel appointments.
Maintain an efficient schedule, to make sure each day is maximized for barbers and stylists.
Notify the grooming staff when a client has arrived.
Check out clients, after an appointment.
Learn how to make and serve our signature drinks in the lounge (If not already, you will need to be TIPS certified, but we can help with that).
Communicate with the grooming staff regarding potential client issues, and alert leadership, if necessary.
Monitor appointment timeliness and ensure the schedule is running on time.
Make scheduling alterations if, say, people get behind, to get things back on track.

Our loungers are client experience professionals, responsible for greeting, making people feel comfortable, offering drinks, answering questions, starting conversations, creating relationships, and generally creating a fun, welcoming environment.

To help the clients, you will:
Book, edit, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
Run the bar during non-peak times when a bartender is not scheduled
Create new client profiles.
Answer phone calls and emails.
Greet and thank clients upon arrival and departure.
Assist with membership questions and set-up.
Take detailed notes in client profiles to personalize every experience.
Handle issues with professionalism and courtesy.
Take and prepare drink orders.
Check out product purchases.
Maintain an extremely clean and tidy space.
