Coming here to check in and thank all of my clients for working so well with me during all of the unexpected times with the boys the past couple of weeks! Tomorrow we will have babies that are 2 weeks old and we are so enjoying our newborn bubble💙💙

I still plan on returning back to work mid- late June and look forward to seeing everyone again…. I will be announcing the winner to my discount when I have an official date to return back to work! If you’re curious though, the boys were born on March 15th at 8:26….

I wanted to do a touch up on my cancellation/ late policy as I have become really relaxed on it and it is greatly affecting my business

If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, I will be charging the 50% cancellation fee before allowing any rebooking. This is my livelihood, how I pay my bills, and I have no way of making any money to pay those bills when I have last minute cancellations every single day. I know this may seem harsh, but I am getting walked all over and I can’t afford to do it anymore, especially when it comes to providing for my family.

I also have a 10 minute late policy. This is so I am able to complete every single appointment efficiently without being rushed, or throwing off the rest of my scheduled day and pushing future clients behind or making them wait. If you arrive to your appointment past my late mark, depending on my schedule for the day, I may have to reschedule the appointment, but that will also come with a fee as it throws off my whole day and I am unable to fill the spot.

I hope you all are able to be understanding with this, but running a small business is extremely difficult in today’s economy, and these little things literally make or break the income that helps to provide for my family.

I can’t wait to start the new year, and see what it has in store for all of us🤍
