**REISHI MUSHROOM TINCTURE IS SOLD OUT**
I most likely won’t have Reishi back in stock for at least another month (sorry ya’ll). I’ve been researching how to make this medicine even STRONGER (*cough cough* TRIPLE extraction). Thank you for your patience!
GOOD NEWS, THOUGH! I updated my shop inventory with what I have left in stock of my beard oil, facial oil, Focus Tea, and the UNWIND ELIXIR IS BACK (yay!)
Hope you’re all staying well ✨💞

“Tomorrow I’ll start being productive.”
Anybody else?
As the days in self-isolation continue, I keep thinking I’ll get over this feeling of pressing anxiety about our world’s situation. That I’ll get used to this new “norm” and continue with business as usual. That I’ll start working on things for Serpentine Rose again. Maybe start exercising. Do SOMETHING. But I can’t. Instead I’m feeling more anxious, more concerned about where this is all going. So I want to just read all day and cuddle my cat. Which guess what...THAT’S OKAY. If anybody else is feeling this way, you’re definitely not alone. So here’s a mental health check. If you need somebody to talk to, some books to borrow, anything, feel free to reach out.

It’s our responsibility as herbalists to be there for our community as best as we can. Therefore, I’ve restocked Reishi Tincture on my website and added a 50% off and free shipping coupon. I want to make this medicine accessible for you and your loved ones.
Reishi is immunomodulating, which means it can help those who are immunocompromised and more likely to be affected by COVID-19. Reishi is also a powerful adaptogen and nervine. If you’re dealing with stress/anxiety, REISHI CAN HELP.
To apply this coupon on my website (serpentinerose.com), enter in “REISHI50” at checkout. I have also updated the payment processes and you can know use your credit card and PayPal to purchase your order.
Stay safe and prioritize your health so you can be there for others in the best way as possible. ♥️✨

I’ve been thinking so much about how we have this ingrained habit of believing that we don’t deserve the success we have gained. Whether we allow this to actually affect us or not, it’s there. We wait for things to go wrong when they’ve been feeling “too good to be true.” We fear that one day we’ll wake up and everything we’ve worked so hard for will be taken from us. But where does this fear come from? Why do we feel this way? What trauma does this stem from? Sometimes this feeling keeps me from actually pushing forward with my business. It keeps me from making the next step. From branching out. I think the first step to conquering this is to recognize it. Let it be felt and give it the space. Be afraid. And then do the thing anyways.

Product Highlight: Focus Herbal Tea Blend.
I’ve noticed lately that I haven’t been retaining information as well as I normally do. The mind fog has been real. I’m repeating myself, forgetting small details, and can’t focus on something for more than 5 minutes without wanting to distract myself. Also, I haven’t been as present as I’d like to be in my conversations with others.
While this blend has a couple different herbs for all these things, Ginkgo and Tulsi are the two most notable. Both help to circulate blood flow to the brain, which can help assist with most cognitive processes. I rely on this blend for the foggiest times. You can find it listed in my Etsy. A blessing ✨

There is so much I don’t know. I will never claim to know everything. I am forever learning.
~~
One of my favorite things about being a student of the plants is just that—being a student. I learn new things everyday. From the books I read to the people I meet and talk with. I feel like I’m constantly saying “plants are so cool!” Being on the plant path is an eternal apprenticeship and I’m humbled everyday by it.
