I was thinking back and realized I've been practicing massage for over 10 years! It's been such an amazing journey. The most important parts of it have been connecting with others on a deep level, having strength when I think I don't, learning about the body and tuning into what it's trying to tell me, and being there to serve and put my needs aside for an hour to help someone else.
