A WEDNESDAY nite workout to break up the week.
Our new friend Raul joined his lovely wife for our full body experience- and even said he would be back! LUV that!
Workout consisted of cardio- weights-poles-chairs- HIIT and our ball night ending with the tackle of our 50 sit ups! Not a dry tee in the house and everyone pushed through like rockstars!
Way to work DREAMTEAM!
Going to bed- BLESSED and THANKFUL ♥️

I asked one question this morning- are you ready to be committed???
And the answer is RIGHT HERE!
So many faces that been missing and new faces we are adopting into our family of fitness!
Tonight was a “we came to grind” kind of workout. A full body, good time experience!!!!!
Great work team- remember- it’s always YOU -vs-YOU!

Yes, we will have Labor Day workout.
You know we never miss a day to celebrate a holiday without making sure we get in a good workout!
So set your alarm, cause it’s only one class Monday!
If you want it bad enough- you will make sure you get to the club and get your sweat in before you light up the pit or head to the beach!

Don’t forget after this crazy week- let’s have some fun with FITNESS this Friday night
We will do some fun line dances- cardio cumbias and so much more!

Saturday!!!!
It’s workouts, birthdays and cupcakes!!!
What a morning with the team.

Each session completed their 50 sit ups and the LEADERS did awesome! And that means everyone did a routine and took the front to showcase. Still my favorite part while working on getting back to 100%

What a way to show up! I’m glad we made today as great as we did!
Enjoying the company, stories and TIME means everything!
