“How do you sell so cheap?”
We buy and sell everything from major drugstore overstock and shelf-pulls, discontinued items, slightly damaged packages, etc. "What forms of payment do you accept?"
We only accept cash and/or Venmo and Cash App. Since we are a small retailer that try to bring you the best possible prices we keep our costs at a minimum by avoiding credit card fees.

“Do you have the same stuff every week?”
We bring in new products and deals every week however we can not guarantee we have a particular item each and every week. Since we buy new deals each week so our inventory is constantly changing but we always have a great selection of brands.

“Where are you located?”
Top-Shelf Discount is located between the Lake Shore Fire Department and the Royal Farms on Mountain Road, just down the street from Chesapeake High school.

“Where do I park?”
There is limited parking in front of the building. Otherwise, you can park on the side of the building between us and Royal Farms. There is a side street (Garland Road) that has sufficient parking. "How to contact us"
