Towel stretch
For shoulder, deltoid and bicep pain
Place a towel over your shoulder. With the opposite arm reach behind your back and grasp the towel firmly. Keep your elbow and arm close to the body. Pull with the arm infront. Be sure the arm is inside the shoulder line, inside the armpit, this will help get the best stretch. Hold for 30 secs.

Look back stretch
This stretch is for the antior neck. Best for neck stiffness and nerve pain.
Place one hand on your clavicle. Turn facing away from that hand, let the head fall back. Now look at the corner over your shoulder. Be sure to keep jaw close, but do not bite down aggressively. Hold stretch for 30 secs.

Shoulder rolls
This exercise achieves 4 goals
1. Corrects posture
2. Stretches pecs
3. Strengthens upper back
4. Places our head over our shoulder, instead of head being protruding forward

Perfect for upper back pain, neck pain and posture.

Over exaggerate rolling your should back, while taking a large breath in. Squeeze your shoulder blades together, imagine there is a small pencil you're holding on to. While maintaining the squeeze, exhale bringing your shoulder back and down. Imagine you're Superman deflecting bullets off your pecs.
