It’s amazing to think that before your interview at Blown 25, you had never even been in a salon and didn’t even know how to do the laundry. Now, you’ve become such an important part of our team—a true staple at Blown 25, a client favorite, and a hairstylist whose talent goes far beyond your years.
I’m so proud of how hard you work, how driven you are, and how willing you are to listen, learn, and grow. You take advice, set goals, and continue to push yourself to be better every day. You are truly something special.
One of the greatest blessings has been getting to be there for so many of your milestones—teaching you how to drive, watching you graduate high school, seeing you take your first plane ride, helping you buy your first car, watching you buy your first home, starting your 401(k), being my hairstylist, being my surgery partner, celebrating the births of my babies, and sharing so many weddings and unforgettable memories together. Watching you grow into the incredible young woman you are today has been such a gift.
I’m so proud of you and the wonderful young woman you’ve become. I can’t wait to watch you continue to evolve and accomplish everything you dream of. Keep shining, sweet girl—your future is so bright.

You are growing into such a beautiful, talented hairstylist. I knew from the moment I saw you working at the snowball stand that you had an incredible work ethic and hustle. It’s been so special watching you continue to grow and follow your passion.
