Healing doesn’t always look like getting better overnight.

Sometimes healing looks like getting out of bed when your heart feels heavy.
Sometimes it looks like finally allowing yourself to cry.
Sometimes it looks like praying when you don’t have the words.
And sometimes… healing simply looks like giving yourself permission to take your time. 🤎

You don’t have to rush your healing just because the world has kept moving.

Whatever you’re carrying today—grief, disappointment, heartbreak, exhaustion, or something you haven’t even found the words for yet—be gentle with yourself.

God is still with you in the middle of it. ✝️🌿
