April Black is a laid back yogi whose classes are fun, playful and will make you laugh. She loves gardening, nature, stand up comedy and travel. Back pain is what lead April to yoga and in 2004 she became a certified instructor. She has taught all over the country from the deserts of Arizona to the bustling streets of NYC. April co-created the Higher Health Retreat, a cannabis wellness experience that includes yoga, vibrational living, and natural solutions for self care. Her motto is "If you can smile, you can do yoga."
