This Saturday, is popping up in Norma’s Alley, right outside the Main Street Association door and next to Jeffry’s W**e Country BBQ, with two bites that are very worth tracking us down for:

🍄 Bruschetta ai Funghi straight from our dinner menu, with Mighty Cap mushrooms and house-made focaccia.

🍝 Mini Bison Meatballs made with locally sourced bison from Taylor Ranch of Green Valley + 1868 Tallow in Cambria.

Two tastes that showcase what we love about cooking at Cello: beautiful ingredients, local producers, and as much made in-house as possible.
