If your a girl dad, you get it. This man’s unconditional presence is truly something I never take for granted. Looking forward to our road trip tomorrow and to be in Costa Rica for next year’s Thanksgiving as 3 Thanksgivings and serving left me happily collapsing in his arms yesterday. Hug those you love, put the phone down and be present, because time is something you will never get back.

Birds of a feather 🪶 definitely flock together. Grateful and ready for all of life’s adventures to unfold this new birth year that awaits.

Every generation has its purpose. Ours is to show each other how to reboot our way of thinking about our whole being and tap into what it truly needs. Our body is like nature, she has all the locks. But she also has all the keys. 🗝

We had the most amazing time as Ted’s guests at his beloved winery today . I’ve been out here times before, but today we truly got the in depth energetic Ted experience!! Ted is a gentleman I hope to work with one day not just in architectural terms but as a community friend ❤️❤️❤️. May your mantra be as strong as your Mourvèdre - Just attract, don’t chase.

This is my 14 year old daughter. A little woman who is currently more put together than me 😂.
Keani shifted from dancing since she was two to walking onto Varsity cross country breaking school records as the fastest female as a freshman with acceptance and honor. Recruiters called, a website about her is getting made, and interviews followed. She thought she would dance into college, but the cards fell a little different. When you have a gift, do you pull back so others can shine because you don’t want to make them uncomfortable? If so, break up with that and be more like Keani. Pivot, breath and move towards your gifted light. The world needs you to embrace your unique, unpredictable life.

There is a lot to process out in our great global world. Don’t try to hold on to it and carry the weight. Lean into listening and love. This years mantra for so many of you in the holistic wellness field. Our hearts were so lit 🔥 in this photo at our friends vow renewal ceremony. Working on carrying that love into Fall 2021.
