Down to Earth Esthetics LLC

🍂🧡 It’s my birthday month AND my favorite time of year! 🤎🍂

October is already filling up, so if you’ve been thinking about booking, don’t wait too long! 🥰

This is a BIG year for us! I’m celebrating a big birthday 🎂 AND my husband and I are celebrating a big wedding anniversary! ❤️💍

So many years, so many seasons, so many changes, and SO many blessings. When I look back at where we started and where God has brought us, I can only say…

Thank You, Lord! 🙏🏼

I’m so excited for this next chapter and all that God has in store. What a blessing to celebrate another year of life, love, marriage, and this business that I’m so thankful to call mine. ❤️

October, I’m ready for you! 🍁🧡🤎💛

I decided to start a little project this past weekend… and when I say little, that may have been an understatement! 😂

It was time to give the facial/spa room a little love. When I intentionally decided to start working from home, I kind of just made do with the space and moved right in. I had recently painted it at the time, so I never really stopped to make it feel like what I wanted it to be.

Well…now she’s got a fresh new look! I still have a few things to do, but this is it🙌

I gave the walls a fresh coat of paint, sanded and refreshed the window coverings and cabinet, and even brought back the original chair. Some of you longtime clients will recognize that one! ❤️

I can’t wait for y’all to see it! 🫶

📣 BIG NEWS at Down to Earth Esthetics! 📣

Apparently, I needed an assistant because my hands are just a little too busy all day! 😂💆‍♀️

So… I hired a receptionist! 🤖📞

She may not be able to make your coffee or give you a massage 😂, but my new AI receptionist can answer your calls, answer questions, and help you schedule your appointments while I’m busy taking care of my clients.

So if you call and hear a new voice, don’t hang up! 😂 It’s my new girl! She’s here to help make things a little easier for all of us.

Of course, I’m still the one behind the hands-on work! ❤️

Thank you for your continued love, support, and patience as my little business continues to grow. I’m so thankful for each and every one of you! 🥰

Now… if I could just get her to fold my laundry, we’d really have something! 😂😂

I know I haven’t shared much lately, but I couldn’t let these sweet reviews go by without sharing a little love and gratitude.

I am so thankful for each and every client the Lord has placed in my path. 🙏🏼 What a blessing it is to do what I love, to connect with amazing people, and to be trusted to be a small part of their self-care journey.

Thank you for your kind words, your continued support, and for allowing me to do what I do. I’m truly grateful for each of you! 🥰

God is so good, and I’m thankful for every blessing He sends my way.

Here’s a little peek at some of the love you’ve shared lately. 💕

A little reminder from my heart today. ❤️

When I count my blessings, I count my clients twice. 🙏

Every client who walks through my doors is a reminder that someone believes in me, supports my small business, and trusts me with their time and self-care.

I’m truly grateful for every single one of you — whether you’ve been with me for years, come once a month, once a year, or even just once. You matter to me, and I’m thankful for your support.🐝🌻

Down to Earth Esthetics is more than a business to me. It’s a blessing, and I never want to take that for granted.

Thank you for allowing me to do what I love. 🫶🏼

📸 showing ankle mobility 👣

Have you ever thought about how important your ankles really are?

I can't say enough about ankle mobility and the relationship of everything on either side of the joint.

When your ankles don't move the way they're designed to, your body has to find another way. That compensation might show up in your feet, knees, hips, low back... even all the way up into your neck. The body is always trying to keep you moving, but sometimes it does so at a cost.
One thing I love about Rolfing is that it teaches me to look beyond where the pain is. I look at relationships. How is the foot supporting the ankle? How are the calves, knees, hips, and pelvis working together? Where is the body compensating?

I've seen clients gain better balance, walk with more ease, and even notice relief in places they never expected—all because we restored movement to the foundation.

The body is beautifully connected. Sometimes the key to feeling better isn't where it hurts... it's where it stopped moving.

👣 Movement is medicine. Balance is possible. The body is always telling a story—we just have to learn how to listen.

August Prayer

Heavenly Father,
As we step into a new month, I place my business in Your hands. Thank You for every client You have entrusted to me, every conversation, every opportunity to serve, and every blessing You have poured out.

Lord, let my business continue to be a reflection of Your love, peace, and goodness. Guide my hands, my words, and every decision I make. Bring the people who need what You have called me to offer, and help me serve each one with excellence, compassion, and integrity.

I pray for protection over my business, my family, and every client who walks through my doors. May they leave feeling refreshed, encouraged, and cared for in every way.

Let this month be filled with divine appointments, open doors, favor, provision, healing, and joy. May everything I do bring glory to You.

"Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans." — Proverbs 16:3
In Jesus' mighty name, Amen. 🤍

I've been doing a lot of reflecting lately.

It's hard to believe I'm already 2½ years into my Rolfing® career and stepping into year three.
Looking back, I can honestly say I'm not the same person I was when I started. I've grown so much—not just as a Rolfer, but spiritually too.

The beautiful thing is that those two journeys have grown together.

The closer I've drawn to the Lord, the more He's refined the way I work. I've learned to slow down, listen, trust what I'm feeling, and treat the person in front of me—not just their pain.

Every body has a story, and every session is unique.

I've started joking with my clients that I'm "Percling" my version of Rolfing®. 😄

So, what does Percling mean?

To me, it means taking the amazing foundation of Rolfing® and blending it with who God created me to be. It means using my hands, my heart, my intuition, my experience, and allowing the Holy Spirit to guide me as I help people move better, feel better, and reconnect with their bodies.

I'm not trying to be like anyone else. I'm becoming the Rolfer God has called me to be.

That realization has given me so much confidence and joy. I don't have to fit into someone else's mold. I can continue learning, growing, and serving in the unique way He designed for me.

Thank you to every person who has trusted me on your path to healing. You've helped shape mine too.

Here's to year three of "Percling"—growing, learning, serving, and giving God all the glory. ❤️

🐝🌻 Paying It Forward

I received 3 nominations, and after reading each story, I quickly realized there was no way I could choose just one. Every single nomination was for an amazing woman who has been a blessing to others in her own way.

Because of that, I have reached out to all 3 ladies and am honored to gift each of them a massage. ❤️

I truly believe that kindness is meant to be shared, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to pass along this blessing. Thank you to everyone who took the time to nominate someone special. Reading your messages was such a reminder of the love, strength, and generosity that surrounds us.

I look forward to seeing these ladies and hopefully giving them a little time to relax, recharge, and feel appreciated. 💕
