I’ll be starting to draft my 2027 schedule in October, so I wanted to give my current clients a little heads-up!

If you’re a regular client and already know you’d like to continue your massages into 2027, you’ll have priority when I’m putting the schedule together. 🗓️💆‍♀️

I’ll be working to keep your appointments as consistent as possible while building the new schedule.

This concentrated massage oil combines C*D and CBG with mushroom ingredients. It’s wonderful for massaging into tired, overworked areas and makes a great addition to your regular self-care routine. A little goes a long way!

✨ Did you know I offer silicone cupping therapy as part of your massage at no additional charge? If you'd like to try it, just let me know before your appointment!

Cupping is a technique that uses gentle suction to lift the tissue instead of applying downward pressure like traditional massage. It can help:
• Relieve muscle tension and tightness
• Improve circulation
• Increase mobility and range of motion
• Support recovery from sore or overworked muscles

I use soft silicone cups, which allow for a gentler, more controlled treatment than traditional glass or fire cups. They're especially great because I can use them both stationary or with smooth gliding techniques during your massage for a comfortable, customized experience.

I've also completed additional training in cupping therapy to ensure I can safely and effectively incorporate it into your session.

I understand that unanticipated events happen in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored. You will NOT be charged for the appointment unless the appointment is canceled within the 48 hour period. 48 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If for ANY REASON you are unable to give me 48 hours advance notice, or you no show for your appointment, you will be charged the FULL amount of your appointment. Full payment will be due for the session before your next appointment and/or before rescheduling your next appointment. No-shows No Call within 48 hours or "no show" will be charged the full amount for the missed appointment. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full amount of session scheduled. Out of respect and consideration to the therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. Full payment is expected before or after treatment in the form of gift certificate, cash, credit/debit card, Zelle or check. All clients, whether they have received treatment or booked an appointment, are bound by this policy without any prejudice or exemption. Please understand, Mobile Zen Massage is a small business. Therefore, missed appointments without proper notice are costly for me and prevent me from being able to schedule other clients. If you are unable to keep your appointment please call (928)848-2120 at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. If you do not reach me, leave a message on my machine or send a text message. If I do not receive a message from you and you do not keep your appointment, the above policy must and will be applied. I look forward to serving you.
