This business has been such a wild journey. I’ve poured so much of myself into it, and seeing my story out there feels pretty darn special.

I like to start with clean skin, add a serum, facial oil or moisturizer so the roller glides easily, and gently roll outward and upward. Never pressing hard or holding the roller in one spot.

A few minutes a couple times a week is plenty, or make it part of your morning routine💚

A simple routine 🌿

A little facial oil, a gua sha, a jade roller, and a few quiet minutes.

Gua sha and facial massage can help encourage circulation and temporarily reduce puffiness.

A cool jade roller can feel soothing and refreshing, especially in the morning.

Facial oils give your skin the nourishment and slip needed to massage without pulling or tugging.

Taking a few minutes to slow down, breathe, massage your face, and be present🙌

Your routine doesn't have to be complicated to be meaningful.

A little less polished

I've been sitting on some frustration lately, and my first instinct was to just keep it to myself.

But honestly?

Disappointed. Frustrated. Ghosted. Sometimes Are you fu***ng kidding me right now?

I do not handle being ignored as gracefully as I would like

Because.... it's a bu****it game

Communication matters👏📣
It's the easiest it's ever been. Send a text, email, voice message, Facebook message the list goes on and on

If someone has taken the time to show up, answer questions, put their time and work into something,and followed up. RESPOND in a timely manner.
even if it's something they may not want to hear. Just respond. Because no response is disrespectful and speaks loudly about your character🤨

I don't need everything to go my way.
I don't need everyone's approval.
I don't need to prove my worth to anyone.
But I appreciate honesty and communication.
I value my time and others time. Stop wasting people's time and respond.

Sometimes I have to have a moment, take a breath, and remind myself that one disappointing situation doesn't define me or the work I'm building.

Start communicating.

Aspyn J has officially found a home at Blue Plume Studios Farmhouse Gallery in Chino Valley

We're so excited to have our handcrafted soaps and natural body care products alongside the beautiful work of other talented makers and artists.

What started as an idea to create simple, thoughtfully made products for my own family has grown into something I’m now able to share with even more people.

Seeing Aspyn J on the shelves of a local gallery feels pretty surreal.

Every product is still made in small batches, by hand, with carefully chosen ingredients and a whole lot of love.
