If you want to achieve long/healthy hair here are 3 tips that could help you!😊
- Never sleep with wet hair. It’s very fragile when it’s wet and tossing and turning can cause more breakage. Instead, blow dry it and put oil in your ends and secure with a braid. (Bonus points if you have a silk pillowcase or bonnet)
- Trim your hair every 3-6 months. We want long/healthy hair and those split ends aren’t helping us. ✂️✂️
- Try to avoid heat tools as much as your can or invest in a good heat protector! My favorite one is Moroccanoil 🩵
