As we approach the anniversary of 9/11, we want to take a moment to recognize and thank the everyday heroes who serve our communities.

From September 7–12th we’re offering FREE classes to all first responders and nurses as a small token of our appreciation. 💙❤️

Whether you’re a firefighter, law enforcement officer, EMT, paramedic, dispatcher, nurse, or military we’d love to have you join us for a week of movement, community, and recovery.

Members and non-members are welcome. Please send us a DM or reach out to a coach at least 48 hours in advance to reserve your spot.
