๐จThis is a bit of a long read.๐จ
As yโall know, I was a PBA at ULTA. I knew my store inside and out. I loved all our customers and retuning clients.
So imagine how embarrassed I felt after being racially profiled. TWICE. (Two different locations. Months apart.)
Followed.....Whispered about.
Standing there, knowing how hard I worked for that company, how much I poured into my role, and still being treated like I didnโt belong. Former employee or not, everyone should be handled with the utmost respect. (The second and most recent occurence I was with some family members!)
When the new District Manager reached out, I hoped to feel heard. Instead, I was met with insouciant responses and nasty attitudes like my requests for clarity was an inconvenience.
I left that conversation feeling worse. Feeling dismissed and just small.
My heart is really broken behind this.
I hate to say itโฆ but me and Ulta? We is doneeeeee!
