All remaining orders placed between May and September have been shipped, waiting to be shipped or refunded if not paid for using PayPal.

If you paid for your order Via PayPal I am not process refunds on that platform at this time due to funds being on hold.

Please go to PayPal and do a dispute/chargeback and your funds will be refunded on the PayPal end. I apologize for this inconvenience.

If you chose to wait for your order, I will be getting those items made fresh, and they will ship once ready.

I am sorry Product Ju**ies! I have let a ton of you down with this last sale,and for that I am truly sorry.

For any orders that we may have not gotten shipped for any reason placed in these months

Will be refunded if not shipped or tracking update is received by that time.

Any refund request will be refunded. It does take time to complete the refund process, as most money is used to purchase supplies at the time orders are placed.

August and September placed orders have been notified for update on shipping.

I do realize that I have not been able to keep deadlines or keep up with updates, as well as communicate this well to our customers
as at the moment I am finishing up almost 6000 orders.

I know that is not your fault, it is mine as the owner of this business.

It has always taken me some time to get orders out, but only one other time has it taken this long.
I have never taken a customers money and not sent an order, or refunded money.

I have been responding to text via my cell as quick as possible I will respond here as well if possible to be able to resolve things quicker.

It may take 28 to 48 hours to get a reply as there are quite a few text that I am getting.
Also, I do realize that sometimes text like calls don’t come through due to signal issues, if you don’t have your response send your request at least once more.
