TUV 13 Red - Team Bonding was a success. Even though we missed @milans_volleyball_life (Happy Birthday, Milan!!!), we still had a blast. Thank you to @bodybuilding_bookkeeper and @brendahiltonru for a great session, and thank you to @katarinas.hiitandrun for an amazing program! I think 13 Red is ready to kick some tail this season! 🏐

Wow! What a great find! is awesome! A single mom Ife and her daughter Jaiden started a juice bar business after Ife’s husband Kelly passed away from cancer. They are passionate about promoting healthy lifestyle knowing how important role food plays in our health. They offer freshly made pure juices, smoothies, açaí bowls, and salads! On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays, they are at the 24h fitness parking lot! Please check them out and support them! They are wonderful!
