Hey hey all yoU Yogies!🧘🏼. I will be having another PopUp Yoga for Soul Restoration at McNaughton Park this Sunday, August 16th @ 10:00am. I learned last time that parking at the end by the teepee and horseshoe gives disk golfers best access, so we can do what we love. So if you don't see us at the entrance, keep going 😉.
