I have been getting a lot of last minute cancellation and no shows. The no shows have been follow up with a text later that day on why it happened.
I totally understand things happen! But I am now driving out of town to come to work.
With that being said…. Any appointments canceled within 48 hrs of the appointment or no showed will be getting sent an invoice for the FULL appointment service. You will also be blocked from my online booking until that invoice is paid in full.
I absolutely hate doing this but my time is money.

I’m excited to share that I’ll be moving this week! Because of the move, I won’t be able to accommodate any last-minute appointments, and my response time may be a little slower than usual.
Moving by myself with Ace man so say a lil prayer for me 😉
I’ll get back to everyone as soon as I can. If you need to schedule, reschedule, or have any questions about your appointment, please call the salon. Anyone there will be happy to assist you and can get you booked on my schedule.

I hate making post like this buuuuuut. Friendly reminder if you are sick, don’t feel well or have someone in your house hold who is sick. DO NOT come sit in my chair!
My cancellation fee is listed during cold and flu season (within reason).
If you come sit in my chair with a stuff nose, cough or any sick symptoms. You will be asked to leave and be charged for your services in full.
Although I love my job I love my child way more!
