Known as the God of War but often misunderstood is the God Ares. He’s a spoiled rich kid with daddy’s credit card… but with a secret softer side he only shows to his loved ones. He would kill for you if you had his heart, but puts on a flashy egotistical side to always keep you guessing. An extravagant Ares inspired nail set!!!!

Today I start my nail series based off Greek mythology. Each set will be based on characters from Greek mythology and my take on them as well as potentially background information that may or may not be from my personal writing. You all know he’s a fan of catchy songs being the god of music to some and the god of the sun to others, (depends on when you did your deep dives into mythology in your life). I tried to pay homage to both sides with color scheme and ideas. Apollo’s style in my novel is more opulent than extravagant. Opulence is tasteful flexing of status in my mind whereas extravagance is gaudy for the sake of showing off how much you have. Apollo’s tasteful about it, so here’s my take on an opulent Apollo nail set!
