If you’re trying to keep your hair moisturized, you may have heard of the LOC and LCO methods—but what do those letters actually mean?

💧 LOC = Liquid → Oil → Cream
Start with moisture, lock it in with an oil, then finish with a cream to help seal everything in.

🧴 LCO = Liquid → Cream → Oil
Start with moisture, add a cream to help hydrate and condition, then finish with oil to seal it all in.

So which one is better? It depends on your hair! Hair that tends to lose moisture quickly may benefit from the LOC method, while finer or easily weighed-down hair may prefer LCO.

The goal? Moisture + hydration + healthy-looking hair. 🙌
