For the 4th consecutive year, our salon business, Salon Council, has been recognized as one of the 2026 Top 200 Salons in North America.

We are incredibly grateful for our hardworking team and for every guest who has supported and trusted us throughout the years. This recognition belongs to all of us.

Tonight marks the end of our 10th Monday evening leadership training session as the Salon Council leadership team — Allan, Joel, Kim, Katy, Maria, and Terry. 🤍

After long days behind the chair, managing the salon, supporting our guests, and leading our team, we stayed late every Monday night to continue learning, growing, and challenging ourselves to become better leaders for Salon Council.

While most people were resting at home after work, we were still here — studying, discussing, training, and investing into our leadership, our management, and our future. Because leadership is not just a position. It’s a commitment to never stop growing.

This journey taught us so much about communication, teamwork, problem solving, accountability, and how to better serve and lead our team every single day.

Tonight may be the final session, but this is only the beginning. The learning never stops. The growth never stops. And our commitment to becoming better leaders for our salon and our team continues.
