**Melanie Lynch is now booking Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) sessions at TULASOL.** With 30 years in health and wellness, Melanie offers a calm space to pause, reconnect, and reflect on what you may be carrying.

**Reiki** is a gentle practice in which a practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above the body. People often seek it as a quiet, restorative experience.

**IET** is a spiritually based energy practice that uses gentle touch at specific points. Within the IET tradition, a session focuses on exploring emotional patterns and setting an intention to release what no longer feels helpful.

Research has explored Reiki for concerns such as pain and anxiety, but results remain mixed; IET’s claims about clearing stored trauma at a cellular level have not been established by clinical research. These sessions are best approached as time for relaxation and personal reflection, with no promised medical outcome.

**Emotion Code** is an energy-based practice built around the idea that emotions from difficult experiences can remain “trapped” and influence how we feel today. That’s the practice’s framework—not a medically proven explanation of how emotions are stored in the body.

In a session, Alex starts with what you’d like to explore. She uses muscle testing to identify emotions within the Emotion Code method, then guides you through its release process. You can use the session as a chance to pause, reflect on what keeps coming up, and consider what you’re ready to let go of. You don’t have to retell every detail of your past to begin.
