So it's a great day to prep some smoothies for my work week! Making healthier food choices like meal prep and fresh foods for me and my family. Helping us to feel better and have more energy! Here's to a big Beautiful summer and all the good healthy food we get to eat!
Handful of spinach
Half cup of frozen blueberries
Half cup of frozen strawberries or cherries
Half a banana
ADD some milk and your favorite protein powder then BLEND! Yummy!
