I have created this page to help educate people on Young Living Essential Oils. We tried many over the counter items and nothing seemed to work.

I am now a full believer in essential oils after they help my husband sleep through the night. So we started with diffusing lavender and then found a combination of oils that he was willing to put right on his forehead to continue to help him sleep and stop snoring.
