✨IMPORTANT TO KNOW✨

Since moving to Hailey Hottips, I just want to refresh some policies on my timeline that I’ve had listed in my policy list.

A new one I’ve added:

- When arriving to your appointment, please wait in your car or in our lobby until I text you or come get you to come back. I sometimes eat my lunch between clients and I disinfect/sanitize for you before you come in so I may need time to do so. If you wait in your car, you can send me a text that you’re here and I’ll text when I’m ready. 🤩💅🏻

Existing policies I want to remind you of that still apply at new location:

- No extra guests at your appointment.
- No children accompanying mommas. (I know it’s hard sometimes to find someone but we don’t have extra chairs for children or extra guests so please just come on your own for mommy time🤍)
- No Shows are not tolerated and will be banned from future booking. All I need is a simple text that you won’t be coming so I’m not waiting for you and so that I know you are SAFE. 🫶🏻
- Cancellations still require a 24hr notice. Please text me and let me know you won’t be coming.
- I’ll be switching to a new POS system and will no longer be accepting Venmo transactions unless there is a time that my software goes down for maintenance/outages. This should go into effect next week so Venmo is still accepted this week.
- Communication can be expected from me within 24-48 hours if you text me UNLESS I’m off or on vacation. In the event that I am off, communication can be expected as soon as I get back to business days.

Hey girlies! I have officially relocated to Hailey Hottips and Co. off of Nine Mile Rd. This is only 2 minutes from my previous location. I will begin taking clients there Monday 07/01/24.
