I have officially starting trying to cycle sync my work & autoimmunity.
I will have the 16th-19th off every single month. Those days I am typically getting an IV, managing pain and resting a lot. This will avoid cancellations. I will pack in my days ahead & around it because it’s when I feel the best. Here’s to an optimistic season & taking control of my career again⚡️
