I was spending so much money on dumb stuff 🙃 it was actually embarrassing lol. When I found I have HUNDREDS left over each month… you best bet I invested in ME.

The ones I see most guilty of robbing themselves… moms & self made entrepreneurs. Those two type of people at grinding it out each day and have no time to stop.

I want to give you a second to remember that you matter first & you should always be pouring into you…. FIRST. A friend recently told me “oxygen mask on self first” and then give to others.

And honestly that was a gut check I needed. I was burnt out & not feeling my best… because I gave EVERYTHING to my career, my friends, my family and clients.
