Today I want to share with you guys another experience that I had with the ladies at Zen friends. 🧘‍♀️🧘🏽‍♀️🧘🏽

Have you ever heard of a Fijian Massage ???

Have you ever had one??

Just hear me out.

A Fijian Massage is a unique technique in which the therapist uses his/her bare feet versus hands to do the work while the client relaxes on a floor mat. 👣👣

They are using gravity, leverage, body weight, and the broad surface of the therapist’s foot to work out the muscles.

So, when I got there the ladies laid me on the floor and started to work their way around my shoulders, back, thighs, legs, feet, ribs, and butt.

I literally was in heaven😇

I never have been the person to make noises in the massage room because that would be awkward for me. Lol but… I couldn’t help it. 😬🤣

They literally turned me on my side and my whole right side cracked. All I could say WAS DID YOU GUYS HEAR THAT😅😅

🤩It was fantastic !🤩

I will 100% be making a appointment for another one of those 💆‍♀️ .
