Over the past few weeks, I've been soaking up every moment that truly matters—spending the last precious days with my sweet pupper, making memories at the lake with friends and family, celebrating my graduation from esthetician school (🎉 what an exciting milestone!), and being by my mom's side as she received a much-needed pacemaker.

This time away reminded me that self-care isn't always a spa day or a vacation. Sometimes it's putting your phone down, being fully present, protecting your peace, and making memories that will stay with you forever.

I'm back feeling refreshed, grateful, and excited for what's ahead. Thank you for your continued support and for giving me the grace to step away for a little while.
