I feel that it is so important to learn and have knowledge about our nervous system!
The nervous system tells us what’s going on in our bodies & why sometimes we experience pain without any on site injury!!
This is why in my sessions with clients I am guiding them to breath deep into their bodies.
To feel safe in the space, so that nervous system can shut off fight-flight mode and turn on rest - digest mode!
This promotes relaxation and healing!
Pain isn’t always associated with the physical. It can be mental, emotional, & even spiritual!! Bringing the body and the mind back to one can heal you in ways that you never thought it could! Speaking to our bodies is essential as it is listening to everything! Paying attention to your thoughts about ur body is important! Body follow minds!! Try it!
