For those following this crazy R+F journey so far... today was a banner day! I went to work without foundation! Just a tinted moisturizer (Radiant Defense) and eye makeup. I NEVER thought I'd do this!! The savings alone on those expensive foundations!! Ye hah! Less than 60 days in confident enough to do that!

Left was today (hopefully that clarification wasn't needed, lol!) And right was day 1 no makeup!!

Smokey was feeling that his face was a little "ruff"..... 😍

Y'all.... whaatttt? A peek at my R+F journey... day 14!! First, I'm trying not to completely laugh my butt off by posting selfies... makeup-less at that!

So here is another piece of the story. Other than pics at my wedding and when my girl was born... I have been almost completely absent until a few years ago when a friend Karianne Munstedt took some photos of Bella and I for her studio. I reflected and tearfully admitted that I was absent from ALL her childhood memory photos. I was always taking the photo. Hiding.

Now... I'm posting pics of my self care skin care journey publically??? Holy son of a nutcracker!!!!

I've had a really beautiful conversation today about this choice, my skin, and why I took on yet another challenge. Beautiful!

I jumped in 100% feet first after only trying samples. Im going to give you my 100% honest thoughts and real me pictures with no filters (I'm not cool enough to know how to do that!)

It's an investment... and feels expensive at first. That was until I chose myself and self care for an area of me that has always given me pause.
