Her extensions may be two years old and hanging on for dear life, but I was TIRED of watching her walk around with them all faded out 😂 So for her birthday, I decided to surprise her and color everything for her. Sometimes you just have to take care of the people who are always busy taking care of everyone else. 🥹🤎

I know I can’t be the only business owner who hears, “I see you doing so good!” from friends and family who never like, comment, share, refer anyone or actually book.
And listen…support doesn’t mean spending money you don’t have or buying something you don’t need. But if you’re already paying someone else for the exact service your friend or family member provides, why does supporting someone you know feel like the uncomfortable option?
You don’t have to overpay. You don’t have to make it weird. Book normally, pay the listed price and let them do their job. And if they choose to slide in a little discount, that’s because they genuinely want to.
Even if you never sit in their chair, liking their posts, sharing their work and referring people costs absolutely nothing.
“I see you doing so good” is nice to hear but seeing their success and helping them continue it are two very different things.

This was a MASSIVE 2 day transformation!
let’s walk through it! So the first day was strictly color blocking, and trying to lift her blonde bright enough to breakthrough old permanent red.
Five days later, I had her come back so we can do her drop dead install. We decided that we wanted to try to lift her blonde part in her hair a little bit more and I’m so glad we did because we got her to at least a level nine and blended with the extensions way better! We did not finish this transformation until close to midnight!
