MAY I Macro

2019 is going to be more Whole Foods for the May family! More reaching for the fridge than the pantry! Food prep has never been my thing but that is another goal of mine so that we limit our to eat! Try and make your goals “habit oriented” and not centered around what you see when you look in the mirror! That’s all centered around perception! Set yourself up for success! I am taking small steps...AND I’m starting TODAY NOT January 1! Couple tips:
1. Be realistic
2. Center your goals around new habits not a new body
3. Set small goals and add to them
4. Don’t just focus on the physical...create mental, emotional and spiritual goals too! They all go hand in hand!

My sweet friend ran to this cross to pray for my dad after I reached out and asked her to pray! was quick to respond to my request for prayer! THIS is what the body of Christ looks like! THIS IS WHY JESUS CAME! THIS is why we celebrate Christmas! I love my tribe! I could not survive without strong women in my life!

Finally got my new glasses after my dog chewed my only pair! Word of advice...if you have small kids and/or dogs...when they ask you if you want the warranty....IT’S WORTH IT!
