We’re so happy to welcome Christine to Petaluma Wellness Arts Center!
As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and founder of Therapy for Highly Sensitive People, Christine helps clients navigate grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges with a compassionate, HSP-informed approach. She hopes every client leaves feeling seen, validated, and hopefu, and reminds us all to trust our intuition.
Christine is now offering in-person therapy at PWAC, and we’re honored to have her as part of our wellness community.
Victoria and Lily , returned from a few weeks ago after spending a week studying massage and energy work from two knowledgeable elders of the Esalen massage technique: and Char Pias.
Here are a few images that don’t nearly reach the magnitude of the magic and beauty experienced while there.
Victoria went in with an open heart and mind, pushing her own education aside, ready to learn, and she learned a lot! The technique is about mimicking the ocean and that flow that naturally happens. The work feels fluid, nurturing, and safe, and it was so meaningful and moving for everyone to learn about this practice while actually looking at the coast.
They saw whales breaching, dolphins, otters, and all sorts of other magical happenings. Enjoy this small window into their truly incredible experience, and share a comment with us about something you recently saw in nature that you loved.
