She understood that stillness was not weakness — it was wisdom
Always remember you come from people who knew how to wait for the sun

❤️ Immensely grateful for the community of women who showed up to celebrate Yule with us a couple of weeks back. The magic was so potent, and has served as a reminder for me to carry into 2026 of what it SHOULD feel like to leave the people you choose to gather with. Uplifted, buzzing with inspiration, deeply seen, lovingly held. ❤️

Sharing my art online with strangers or in my community is nothing new to me ~ After a decade+ in the beauty industry I knew all the things, that art is subjective, you won’t be for everyone, you develop a tough skin and your passion rises to the top. You share your art in spite of the fears of rejection simply because you love it

I admittedly didn’t put a ton of thought into sharing my book with the world, I thought “just more of my art in the public eye, nothing new, cool cool”

I didn’t expect the way it would feel when I shared this story, or the story behind the story. I didn’t expect the level of vulnerability to feel foreign, or scary. I didn’t expect the imposter syndrome

I didn’t know how to show up perfectly for it and for a while I decided to just not show up for it at all

But in that time and space, like most times we allow ourselves to zoom out, I found freedom and I found clarity

I wrote this story and I can show up and share it, IMPERFECTLY 🩷

And I trust it will get into the right hands. My messy, healing, raw journey led me to write this book and I believe that is how it is meant to be shared ✨

This weekend, I celebrated my 31st trip around the sun 🌞

But more than that, I took time to honor the year I’m stepping out of

It was a season of constant pivots, unexpected turns, and learning to soften into stillness. I sat with discomfort. I embraced mystery. I loosened my grip and surrendered to what was always meant to unfold

We never walk into a new year the same as the last — and for that, I’m deeply grateful

Because change brings growth
Growth brings clarity
And clarity brings us home to ourselves — more authentic, more unapologetically us

In this next chapter, I’ll continue practicing radical self-love — and pouring that love into everything I touch: motherhood, business, and the stories I’m here to tell 🩷
